Job summary

Convivial Brands Elc Inc is seeking merchandisers for part-time, flexible schedules across our Sugar Land and Richmond stores in Texas. The role focuses on maintaining brand presence, stocking products, and ensuring planograms are respected. A driver’s license and18+ are required, with no prior experience necessary.

Training provided and a 401(k) match is offered. You will visit multiple locations, set up fixtures, monitor inventory, and report data via a smart device.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and ensures fixtures align with planograms, initiating product reorders as necessary.
• Efficiently assemble and set up store fixtures and displays per planograms.
• Manage credits and returns for out-of-date products and handle seasonal transitions.
• Utilize technology to collect data during store visits and submit photos of visits and transitions.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with store management.
• Maintain and service assigned stores, keeping displays stocked and dust-free.
• Oversee inventory and condition of fixtures and materials and replenish promptly.
• Prioritize workloads based on store assignments and client needs.
• Represent Convivial Brands professionally at all times.

(i.e., working with displays, shop layouts, visual props, etc.)Must be available day after all major Seasonal dates, for example Easter, Valentine etc.Specific skills, knowledge, and abilities:Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision, to meet deadlines.Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to learn new tasks and problem-solve quickly.Access to consistent and reliable internet to receive critical job information and updates is required.Knowledge of how to download and install an APP on a phone or other mobile device.Must be able to keep phone OS up to date.Must know how to use wi-fi services.Must have reliable transportation to travel to/from assigned stores.Flexible, reliable, patient, and friendly.
