Job summary

Convivial Brands is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to maintain brand presence in multiple store locations. You will ensure displays follow planograms, stock shelves, and manage seasonal transitions.

The role requires use of mobile devices to capture data during visits, strong attention to detail, and reliable transportation to travel between stores. No prior experience required; training is provided and flexibility is offered for weekday scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent certification.
• Experience with smart devices is required.
• Active email address and reliable internet access is required.
• Prior retail experience is ideal but not required.
• Must be available day after major seasonal dates (e.g., Easter, Valentine).
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to/from stores.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and ensures fixtures align with planograms and initiates product reorders.
• Assembles and sets up store fixtures and displays per planograms.
• Manages credits and returns for out-of-date products and seasonal transitions.
• Uses a smart device to collect data during store visits and submits photos of visits.
• Cultivates and maintains professional relationships with store management.
• Maintains and services assigned stores with stocked, organized displays and dust-free areas.
• Oversees inventory and condition of fixtures and materials in stores; replenishes products as needed.
• Represents Convivial Brands with professionalism and performs other duties as assigned.
