Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking a Part-time Merchandiser to service customers and maintain stock levels at large format off-premise stores. You will support sales by growing partnerships with customers and ensuring proper stock rotation.

Responsibilities include maintaining stock, equipment, and merchandising routines, plus monitoring competitors and communicating insights to the sales team. Travel 0–10% and permanent position.

Qualifications

  • Valid US driver’s license required.
  • Reliable vehicle to be used for work with minimum insurance.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Merchandising experience is a plus.
  • English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Rotate and maintain stock following rotation standards to minimize out-of-code and damaged product.
  • Keep RedBull equipment clean and in good working order.
  • Execute merchandising processes and routines.
  • Monitor competitor activities and communicate findings to Merchandising Manager or sales team.
  • Build and protect the RedBull product portfolio.
  • Notify Account Sales Manager for pickup/exchange of damaged or out-of-code items and QPOD opportunities.
  • Maintain professional relationships with retail managers.
  • Collaborate with sales team on new programs and large displays.
  • Share best practices across the organization.

Job description

Reporting to the Merchandiser Manager, the primary role of the Part-time Merchandiser (PTM) is to service our customers in a safe manner by ensuring level of stock is maintained and rotated correctly at large format "off premise" stores. You will support our sales by growing partnerships with customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure RedBull products are rotated and maintained following product rotation standards thereby minimizing Out of Code and Damaged Product concerns
  • Ensure that RedBull equipment is clean and in good working order
  • Accomplish RedBull merchandising processes and routines
  • Evaluate all competitors' activities such as new launches and price reductions and communicate with Merchandising Manager or other members of sales team
  • Build and protect the RedBull product portfolio
  • Notify appropriate Account Sales Manager for pick up or exchange of any dented, damaged, or out of code product, any out of stock items, and Quality Point of Distribution (QPOD) opportunities.
  • Maintain professional relationships with retail managers of accounts
  • Work with sales team members in building new programs and selling in large displays
  • Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices
  • Lead by example and follow Company standards & RedBull Values
  • Represent our RedBull brand through responsible driving and in market presence
QUALIFICATIONS
  • A Valid US Driver’s License
  • Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Experience merchandising is a plusAbility to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays necessary
  • English; additional languages an advantage
