Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking a Part-time Merchandiser in Sikeston, MO to service customers safely, maintain stock levels, and rotate products at large-format off-premise stores. You will support sales by growing partnerships and ensuring proper stock and display standards.

You will rotate products, monitor competitors, and collaborate with the sales team to implement new programs while representing the Red Bull brand in market.

Qualifications

• Valid US driver’s license required.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum insurance for work.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience merchandising is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
• English required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Rotate and maintain Red Bull products to prevent out-of-code and damaged stock; keep equipment clean and in good working order.
• Execute merchandising processes and routines; monitor competitors’ activities and communicate findings to the Merchandising Manager and sales team.
• Build and protect the Red Bull product portfolio; notify for pickup or exchange of dented/out of code/out of stock items and QPOD opportunities.
• Maintain professional relationships with retail managers and collaborate with the sales team to build new programs and displays.
• Represent the Red Bull brand in market with responsible driving and in-market presence.

Job description

Reporting to the Merchandiser Manager, the primary role of the Part-time Merchandiser (PTM) is to service our customers in a safe manner by ensuring level of stock is maintained and rotated correctly at large format "off premise" stores. You will support our sales by growing partnerships with customers.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

SALES SUPPORT

Ensure Red Bull products are rotated and maintained following product rotation standards thereby minimizing Out of Code and Damaged Product concerns. Ensure that Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order.

EXECUTION

Accomplish Red Bull merchandising processes and routines. Evaluate all competitors' activities such as new launches and price reductions and communicate with Merchandising Manager or other members of sales team. Build and protect the Red Bull product portfolio. Notify appropriate Account Sales Manager for pick up or exchange of any dented, damaged, or out of code product, any out of stock items, and Quality Point of Distribution (QPOD) opportunities. Maintain professional relationships with retail managers of accounts.

COLLABORATION

Work with sales team members in building new programs and selling in large displays. Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices. Lead by example and follow Company standards & Red Bull Values. Represent our Red Bull brand through responsible driving and in market presence.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• A Valid US Driver's License
• Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Experience merchandising is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays necessary
