Position Overview

This role involves product merchandising within large stores such as grocery stores. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, rotating products, setting up displays, stocking coolers, organizing storage rooms, and moving products from storage to sales floors. The position requires interaction with store personnel.

This is a labor-intensive role requiring lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases weighing 20-45 pounds, along with bending, reaching, and squatting. The schedule is consistent with specific start times, with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time.

Primary Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers, and displays
• Rotate products in backrooms and on shelves
• Transport products to and from backroom and shelves
• Operate equipment such as U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks
• Display promotional materials
• Maintain neatness in backroom stock
• Communicate issues to store and PepsiCo management
• Build customer relationships
• Follow operating procedures and service accounts as scheduled
• Operate handheld devices for order input
• Maintain reliable attendance

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Pass physical capabilities test (if applicable)
• Own reliable transportation and valid U.S. driver’s license
• Proof of insurance

Helpful Experience

• Experience in retail or grocery stores
• Moving and merchandising products
• Managing backroom inventory
• Providing customer service
