The Merchandiser, North America (HEYDUDE) is responsible for driving channel success through the development and execution of product and assortment strategies. This role will manage our Independents & Energy businesses and partner closely with category management, planning, sales, and cross‑functional teams to shape the product vision, optimize assortments, and deliver data‑driven insights that support business growth. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Merchandising, this role plays a key part in aligning product strategies with overall category and regional objectives.

Salary or Pay Range: $78,000 - $88,000. Pay offered will vary based on job‑related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
