Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to showcase our brands through shelves, displays, and strategic product placement. You’ll visit accounts, stock and rotate products, build displays, and manage POS materials.

You will develop knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, establish strong account relations, and identify opportunities to grow shelf presence while adhering to safety and responsible beverage service guidelines.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older to apply.
• Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to lift and carry 45-65 pounds.
• Willingness to work weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts, stocking and rotating shelves.
• Building displays and managing POS materials.
• Store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes.
• Develop rapport with key accounts and share feedback with sales teams.
• Identify brand/category opportunities and expand shelf/cold box facings.
• Communicate out-of-stock or new item opportunities to the team.
• Learn beer, wine, and spirits knowledge for customers.
• Handle beverage alcohol products responsibly and safely.
