Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Merchandiser to creatively showcase our brands by building displays, managing inventory, and optimizing product placement. A car is needed to travel to customer locations, aligning with our sales-driven culture.

You will gain experience across beer, wine, and spirits while contributing to a family-based company focused on career growth and strong customer relationships. This role involves a mix of daily on-site merchandising and travel to various accounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older to apply.
• Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and sound judgment.
• Able to lift and carry 45-65 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts: Stocking and rotating shelves.
• Building displays and POS material management.
• Store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes.
• Build strong rapport with key account relationships and obtain feedback on merchandising activities.
• Identify brand/category opportunities and opportunities to expand shelf and cold box facings.
• Communicate out of stock or new item opportunities to sales team.
• Learn and grow beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge for brands and customers.
• Perform duties safely while handling beverage alcohol products.

Job Description Summary

As a Merchandiser at Breakthru Beverage, you will creatively showcase our brands through building displays, managing inventory and product placement. Job Responsibilities

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts: Stocking and rotating shelves
• Building displays
• POS material management
• Store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes
• Build strong rapport with key account relationships and obtain feedback on merchandising activities.
• Share feedback with appropriate sales team members to Identify brand/category opportunities
• Identify opportunities to expand shelf and cold box facings
• Communicate out of stock or new item opportunities
• Learn and grow beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge for brands and our customers.
• Responsibly handle beverage alcohol product & conduct safe and responsible interactions with the public.
• Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Minimum Qualifications

Compensation

$20.00/hr + $2,400 annual car allowance and company issued fuel card

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience.
