Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Merchandiser Lead to cover multiple routes in Greater Duncanville, Grand Prairie, and Arlington, TX, delivering brand merchandising and superior customer service.

This full-time role starts at $20.54/hour with a progression to $21.61 after six months, requires lifting up to 50 lbs, driving a personal vehicle, and weekend/holiday availability; training provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelves, coolers and displays with Keurig Dr Pepper brands.

• Identify incremental sales opportunities for the Sales Representative.

Job Overview

Merchandiser Lead for Greater Duncanville, Grand Prairie, and Arlington, TX

Hiring Immediately

The Merchandiser Lead is a veteran that is responsible for covering multiple routes while sustaining exceptional customer service for Keurig Dr Pepper brands to retail stores within an assigned territory.

Shift and Schedule

• Full-time
• 5:00 am until work is finished
• 5 scheduled shifts per week
• Weekends required (days off fall during the week)
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Position Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with Keurig Dr Pepper brands in retail stores.
• Partner with Sales Representatives/Managers to coordinate delivery and merchandising schedule.
• Build effective relationships with store personnel to assure superior customer satisfaction.
• Identify incremental sales opportunities for Sales Representative to pursue.
• Provide feedback on competitor activities and best practices.
• Cover routes and provide sales and/or merchandising services as assigned.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Follow the 4 week training schedule established for merchandising team with new hires
• Handle majority of swing merchandising needs
• Train all merchandisers on best practices and help them grow
• Brief the frontline employees on scheduling and meetings
• Responsible for an area equal to 3 normal Merchandising routes

Total Rewards

• Pay starting at $20.54 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $21.61 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in customer service, involving tasks such as resolving customer issues, maintaining effective communication with store managers, and responding to customer requests.
• Ability to lift-up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
