Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser in Indianapolis, IN to ensure Red Bull products are stocked, displayed, rotated to brand standards and serviced professionally at various accounts. The role involves lifting and moving cases, building displays, and maintaining backstock while supporting in-store execution and customer relationships.

The position requires a valid US driver’s license, reliable vehicle, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle to be used for work with minimum insurance coverage.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience merchandising is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
• English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products on shelves, displays, cold vaults and coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.
• Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
• Ensure all cold equipment, racks and other point of sale are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards.
• Maintain clean, organized backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.
• Support in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales.
• Other duties as assigned.
