Red Bull Distribution Company in the United States seeks a Full-Time Merchandiser to ensure in-store execution, stock rotation, and displays meet brand standards across accounts. This role involves lifting and moving cases, arranging product on shelves, and maintaining planograms while delivering professional service to customers.

You will collaborate with account managers, service multiple stores, and report stock needs.

Qualifications

• Valid US driver's license required.
• Reliable vehicle for work purposes.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience merchandising is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
• English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults and in coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.
• Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
• Ensure all cold equipment, racks and other point of sale are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards.
• Maintain clean, organized backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.
• Support in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales.
• Other duties as assigned.
• May regularly collaborate with Account Sales Manager(s) or customers to address product availability, optimize display execution, and support inventory needs.
