Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser to ensure Red Bull products are stocked, displayed, and rotated to brand standards across accounts.

The role involves lifting and moving cases, setting up displays, and maintaining backstock with a focus on in-store execution. The ideal candidate has a valid US driver’s license, reliable transportation, and merchandising experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum insurance coverage.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Merchandising experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products on shelves, displays, cold vaults and in coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.
• Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
• Ensure all cold equipment, racks and other point of sale are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards.
• Maintain clean, organized backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.
• Support in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales.
• Other duties as assigned.
• May regularly collaborate with Account Sales Manager(s) or customers to address product availability, optimize display execution, and support inventory needs.
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in-store execution.
