Qualifikationen

• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Merchandisers must have excellent interpersonal skills and work effectively with diverse customers.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs repeatedly).
• Able to work reliably and independently with little supervision.
• Strong critical thinking skills.

Aufgaben

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and programs.
• Physically moves the product from the backroom and places it on display.
• Creates and distributes POS materials on display and shelve where permitted; rotates product and checks vendor operation.
• Organizes back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor; handles returns of damaged/expired stock.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel through follow-up on requests, pricing, programs, and opportunities.
