Job summary

The Merchandiser at Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) is responsible for presenting products in customer retail locations to attract consumer attention. This role services multiple bulk accounts, merchandises approved products, and uses safe handling techniques while following quality guidelines and planograms.

You will communicate with store management and cross-functional teams, rotate stock, create POS materials, and maintain back-room organization.

Qualifications

• Must have valid in-state driver's license.
• Excellent driving history required.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Retail merchandising experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelf according to procedures and programs.
• Moves products from backroom to display.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials on display and shelf; rotates product.
• Maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor; returns damaged items as needed.
• Builds relationships with store personnel and follows up on requests and opportunities.
