Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a dedicated team member to thoroughly examine and grade donated goods for our Retail stores. The role supports rapid processing to meet daily production goals while following SOPs and safety standards.

You will work across multiple areas, communicating with management and peers to maintain quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Growth opportunities and inclusive team culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to demonstrate sound judgement.
• Must be 18 years or older to become certified and licensed to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods.
• Effectively process goods to meet daily production goals.
• Pivot to multiple work areas to support daily production goals.
• Identify and quickly solve problems and/or seek management support.
• Effectively communicate with management and other team members.
• Effectively promote and demonstrate cooperation and teamwork with peers.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area at all times.
• Adhere to safety and security practices including reporting safety hazards and injuries to management.
• Attend and complete all required trainings and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
