Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking dedicated team members to thoroughly examine and grade donated goods for sale in our retail stores. You will process items quickly to meet daily goals, rotating through different work areas to support production flow.

The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in a team. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for skill development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Detail oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and sound judgment.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods.
• Process goods to meet daily production goals.
• Pivot to multiple work areas to support daily production goals.
• Identify and quickly solve problems and/or seek management support.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members.
• Promote cooperation and teamwork with peers.
• Follow training playbooks and work instructions.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
