Summit Beverage in Billings, MT is seeking a Merchandiser to stock and rotate products, set up displays, and support store teams. You’ll drive a company vehicle between stores, with full-time or part-time hours that fit your life and schedule.

You will visit accounts daily, ensure shelves stay clean and up-to-date, and follow company standards. Benefits include a company vehicle reimbursement and growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Montana driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs regularly and push/pull carts.
• Grocery/retail/beverage experience is a plus, not required.

• Stock, rotate and face product in coolers, on shelves, racks and displays.
• Assist Delivery teams on load days in assigned stores.
• Build and refresh promotional displays to standards.
• Organize back stock and move product to the sales floor.
• Flag outdated or damaged product for Summit Sales Rep.
• Visit assigned stores daily and complete a walkthrough.

Description

Summit Beverage gets the drinks Montanans love onto store shelves across the state. As a Merchandiser, you're the face of our brands inside the store, and we build the schedule around your life. Choose full-time or part-time hours, a start time that works for you, and drive a company vehicle between stores.

What We Offer

• Full-Time: Tuesday - Saturday (6am - 2pm)
• Part-Time: Open availability and flexible start times
• Company vehicle/mileage reimbursement for driving between stores
• Pay: $17.00 - $20.00/hour

What You'll Do

• Stock, rotate and face product in coolers, on shelves, racks and displays in high-volume stores.
• Assist Delivery teams on load days in your assigned stores.
• Build and refresh promotional displays to store and company standards.
• Organize back stock and move product quickly from storage to the sales floor.
• Pull outdated or damaged product and flag it for your Summit Sales Rep.
• Visit your assigned stores each day and finish each one with a clean walkthrough.

Requirements

What You'll Need

• Valid Montana driver's license and a good driving record
• Ability to lift 35lbs. regularly (up to 165lbs. occasionally when handling kegs) and push/pull loaded carts
• Comfortable on your feet all shift, including time in cold coolers
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Grocery, retail or beverage experience is a plus, not required
• A self-starter who works well independently

Must be able to read pricing tags, product labels, read and interpret documentation. Must be able to see while driving at all times of the day. 75 - 100%

Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with fellow employees and account contacts. Must be able to hear horn/alarms while in account backstock areas.

Working Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to extreme cold, extreme heat, and vibration. The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts, in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions.
