Job summary

Future Force, Inc. is seeking a Merchandiser with promotion to Sales to visit local stores, stock shelves, and ensure product visibility across Hilton Head/Bluffton/Buford, SC. The role starts as merchandiser with base pay and fuel reimbursement, with a path to the sales team.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays, and room for advancement into the sales department for motivated individuals; compensation includes daily rate and eventual commissions.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and merchandising experience.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Have reliable means of transportation
• Must have current vehicle liability insurance.
• A clean driving record with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years.
• Must provide and maintain a reliable personal vehicle for use during work
• Valid Driver License, Vehicle Registration, and Auto Insurance.
• Clean Background Drug-Free Workplace and Equal opportunity employer.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish a big plus)

Responsibilities

• Visit local stores to ensure products are fully stocked on store shelves.
• Maintain product availability and merchandising at designated accounts.
• Identify replenishment needs.
• Transport product between the backroom and display floor with manual equipment.
• Utilize hand tools such as box cutters.
• Build and take down product displays.
• Clean product display space and maintain product signage.
• Remove expired, damaged, or defective product.
• Record and report back-stock inventory levels.
• Maintain areas of responsibility at assigned account locations.
• Identify and report unsafe working conditions to Store management.
• Attend and complete Company training and certifications.
• Adhere to Company and Store policies regarding backroom, display floor, replenishment, equipment, and safety.
• Follow applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the use of mobile devices while driving.
• Operate personal motor vehicle to commute between assigned store locations.
• Provide customer service to Consumers and store personnel by identifying and resolving concerns.

Type: Full time

Pay rate: Merchandiser $128 per day + $100 fuel reimbursement

Pay upon conversion to Sales: $720 Per week guaranteed during probationary period. + 3% to 5% Commissions depending on territory +$100 weekly fuel reimbursement

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Flexible to work Saturdays when needed – Start/End times TBD by route

• Identify replenishment needs

Oversight responsibilities

• Ensuring that all assigned stores are fully stocked with products in accordance with plans and company specifications.
• Secure prominent shelf positioning and increase product display space.
• Ensuring that retail price tags are being properly displayed.
• Verifying that all Point-of-sales materials are current and replenished.
• Ensuring that the backrooms are neat, orderly, and fully stocked.
• Obtaining feedback on competitor activities.
