Future Force Personnel Services in McDonough, GA is hiring a Merchandiser with potential promotion into Sales. Pay: $128 per day plus $100 fuel reimbursement. On successful conversion to Sales, $750 per week guaranteed during probation plus 3%–5% commissions and an extra $100 weekly fuel reimbursement.

Schedule is Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, maintaining displays, replenishment, and customer service at local stores.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and merchandising experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Clean background and drug-free workplace.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Visit local stores to ensure products are fully stocked on store shelves.

Job Description

Visit local stores to ensure products are fully stocked on store shelves. Primary responsibilities include maintaining product availability and merchandising products at all designated accounts. There is room for advancement into the sales department for motivated individuals.

Basic Job Description

• Maintain products stocked on Store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers
• Identify replenishment needs
• Transport products between the backroom and display floor with manual equipment
• Utilize hand tools such as box cutters
• Build & take down product displays
• Clean product display space and maintain product signage
• Remove expired, damaged, or defective products
• Manage the backroom by organizing and consolidating backstock
• Record and report back-stock inventory levels
• Maintain areas of responsibility at assigned account locations
• Identify and report unsafe working conditions to Store management
• Attend and complete Company training and certifications
• Adhere to Company and Store policies regarding backroom, display floor, replenishment, equipment, and safety
• Follow applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the use of mobile devices while driving
• Operate a personal motor vehicle to commute between assigned store locations
• Provide customer service to Consumers and store personnel by identifying and resolving concerns, answering questions, locating a product, and responding to assistance
• The use of your vehicle to travel to assigned store locations
• Oversight responsibilities include: Ensuring that all assigned stores are fully stocked with products by plans and company specifications.
• Secure prominent shelf positioning and increase product display space.
• Ensuring that retail price tags are correctly displayed.
• Verify that all point-of-sales materials are current and replenished.
• Ensuring that the backrooms are neat, orderly, and fully stocked.
• Obtaining feedback on competitor activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Previous sales and merchandising experience
• At least 21 years of age.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Have reliable means of transportation
• Must have current vehicle liability insurance.
• A clean driving record with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years.
• Must provide and maintain a reliable personal vehicle for use during work Valid Driver's License, Vehicle Registration, and Auto Insurance.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-year experience working in replenishment or as a Merchandiser.
• 1-year experience working in grocery, retail, consumer goods, warehousing, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience working in physically demanding fields such as construction, landscaping, manufacturing, or military, or related experience.
• 1-year experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks.
• Powered pallet jack certification.
• 1-year experience working under little or no supervision.
• 1 year of college coursework in business, marketing, communication, or related areas.
