PepsiCo is hiring for a full-time route support role in Pompano Beach, FL. You will drive your own vehicle to multiple store locations, stock and merchandise Lay's and Doritos products, and work closely with Route Sales Representatives to maintain shelves and prepare for customers.

The position offers on-the-go work, a fixed schedule with set start times, mileage reimbursement, and a pathway to additional scheduling opportunities. Full-time benefits are provided.

Formación

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
• Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

• Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations.
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store.
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives.
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time).
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity.
