Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full-time Route Sales Associate in Portsmouth, VA. You will drive your own vehicle to various store locations, stock and merchandise products, and work closely with Route Sales Representatives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Expect start times around 4–5 AM and end times around 12–1 AM, with a rotating schedule and opportunities for growth. Gas mileage is reimbursed and a company iPhone is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive your personal vehicle to multiple store locations (gas mileage reimbursement).
• Retrieve PepsiCo products and merchandise throughout the store.
• Work in a team environment with Route Sales Representatives.
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers.
