Job summary

PepsiCo in Charlotte, NC seeks a Route Sales Driver to deliver and merchandise products at stores across the area. You’ll drive a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement) and stock shelves, ensuring product availability and neat presentation throughout the day.

You must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance, and be able to lift up to 40 lbs. The schedule runs 5 days per week with 2 days off, starting between 4am and 6am.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations.
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store.
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives.
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers.
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity.
