Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a route merchandiser for Easton, PA. You will drive your own vehicle to multiple store locations, stock and merchandise Frito-Lay products, and ensure shelves remain full and appealing for customers who rely on us daily.

You will work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with Route Sales Representatives, following a rotating schedule with two days off. A company iPhone is provided to view schedules, log activity, and stay connected with the team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations to stock and merchandise products.
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store, keeping shelves full and neat.
• Work in a team environment with Route Sales Representatives.
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers; opportunities to attain different schedules over time.
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with the team, and log activity.
