Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Colorado Springs seeks a Relief Route Sales role to cover vacations and down routes. You will drive your own vehicle to various stores, stock and merchandize Lay's and Doritos, and work closely with Route Sales Representatives.

Must be available Sunday through Saturday and ready for 6–10 days of work when scheduled. The position offers on-the-go, high-energy work with early start times and mileage reimbursement; full-time benefits are provided and growth opportunities exist

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs., with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations.
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store.
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives.
• Follow a consistent schedule with start times and customers; opportunities for different schedules.
• Use a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity.

Quick Look

• Pay: $22.55 per hour
• Location: Colorado Springs, CO
• Work Days: Relief Role covering vacations and down routes. Must be available to work Sunday-Saturday. Working days are based on the route that is being covered that week. Could work 6-10 days straight.
• Start Time: 4 AM
• End Time: End time varies based on route completion and business needs

Minimum Qualifications

Stock and merchandise beloved brands like Lay's and Doritos and keep shelves full, neat, and ready for the customers who depend on you.
