Job summary

PepsiCo in Piney Flats, TN is hiring for a full-time Route Sales Driver. You will drive your own vehicle to multiple store locations, stock and merchandise products, and work within a team of Route Sales Representatives to ensure optimal shelf presence.

You’ll follow a fixed schedule starting at 5:00 a.m., using a company-issued iPhone to view routes and log activities. Growth opportunities and competitive benefits are available.

What You’ll Do

• Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time)
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity
