Job summary

PepsiCo in Forest, VA is seeking a dedicated route-to-store associate to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations, stock and merchandise PepsiCo brands, and keep shelves neat and ready for customers.

You will work with Route Sales Representatives, follow fixed start times, and use a company-issued iPhone to view schedules and log activity. Physical tasks include lifting up to 40 lbs and eligibility for health benefits and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance
• Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time)
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity

Quick Look

• Pay: $21.80 per hour
• Location: Forest, VA
• Work Days: 5 working days and 2 days off. Rotating days off
• Start Time: 4AM
• End Time: 12PM-1PM
