Job summary

PepsiCo in Alameda, CA is seeking a Route Sales Associate to stock and merchandise Lay's and Doritos in stores, ensuring shelves are full and attractive for customers who depend on you.

You'll drive your personal vehicle to various store locations, retrieve products, and merchandise throughout the store while working with Route Sales Representatives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. The schedule starts at 5:00 AM and varies with business needs.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance
• Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time)
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity
