Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a route sales associate in San Jose, CA who will drive a personal vehicle to various store locations, stock shelves, and merchandise Lay's and Doritos brands. The role requires teamwork with other route sales representatives and adherence to schedule.

You'll use a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, log activity, and communicate with teammates. This hands-on position involves lifting up to 40 lbs and frequent movement throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives.
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time).
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity.
