Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service multiple retail locations around Mishawaka, IN, stocking greeting cards, gift wrap accessories, party goods, plush and more while keeping inventory organized.

Work independently on routes with a flexible schedule, paid training, and 401(k) with company match. No prior experience required; training provided to get you started.

Qualifications

• English ability required (speak, read, write, understand).
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without assistance.
• Access to reliable transportation for multiple locations.
• Internet access for critical job information and updates.
• Comfort with using a company tablet for training and daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandising and organizing orders.
• Display product in greeting card departments and other locations; maintain backroom organization.
• Communicate with management about service or schedules.
• Build relationships with store associates during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets and minor fixture tasks as needed.
• Plan weekly service schedule using company tablet.
• Work independently or in a team.
