Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast is seeking a Merchandiser to ensure beverage availability, visibility, and promotions in retail stores across the territory. You will stock and maintain beverage sections, displays, and coolers to support our brands.

Responsibilities include executing merchandising plans, replenishment, and building relationships with store staff. The role requires physical stamina and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in grocery, retail, consumer goods, warehousing or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred.
• Must be able to repetitively lift, push and pull up to 40-55 pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance that meets company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising plans to ensure optimal product placement, display, and availability in retail stores.
• Maintain product on store racks, shelves, displays, and in coolers by identifying replenishment needs.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment.
• Implement promotional activities and set up displays and signage to drive sales.
• Secure damaged or defective product and maintain clean product space.
• Maintain areas of responsibility in designated accounts by communicating status and concerns.
• Operate pallet jacks and hand-trucks as needed.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to drive collaboration.
