Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and driving record that meets company standards.
• 1+ years of experience in grocery, retail, or related field preferred.
• Ability to repetitively lift 40–55 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Experience with pallets, displays, and in-store merchandising.
• Ability to write and place customer orders as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising plans to ensure product placement and availability.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and build displays.
• Maintain product on racks, shelves, displays, and coolers while ensuring freshness.
• Develop relationships with store managers and staff to maximize opportunities.
