Job summary

The Merchandiser at Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast plays a crucial role in ensuring Coca-Cola beverages are available, visible, and promoted in retail stores across our territory. You will stock and maintain beverage sections, displays, and coolers to meet product levels and promotional goals.

This role requires labor-intensive work and strong communication with store managers to maximize merchandising opportunities and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in grocery, retail, consumer goods, warehousing or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising plans for optimal product placement and availability.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, build displays, ensure product freshness.
• Maintain product in racks, shelves, displays, and coolers; identify replenishment needs.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment.
• Implement promotional activities and set up promotional displays and signage.
• Develop and maintain relationships with store staff to drive merchandising opportunities.
