About the role
All Store Team Members play an essential role in building our company brand by delivering excellent customer service. The position focuses on merchandising responsibilities but may also include sales, front‑end, or other duties as needed. Internally referred to as a Merchandiser, you will report to the store management team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maximize product inventory: process freight, organize and distribute inventory, pull and stock merchandise, build displays and end caps, place signage.
- Support digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in‑store, curbside pickup, and delivery services; when assigned, drive and make deliveries.
- Deliver exceptional service and personalized experience by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services.
- Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
- Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
- Complete cross‑functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
- Load and deliver orders safely, following company policies and traffic and safety laws if delivery is an essential job function.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1‑3 years of experience, with 1+ year in a retail setting preferred.
- Familiarity with point‑of‑sale and inventory management software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Physical requirements: walk, bend, stand 8‑10 hours a day; safely lift, load, handle cases and pallets; climb ladders and lift 50 lbs overhead repeatedly; may be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions.

Pay
Pay Range: $16.70 - $23.37 hourly (regular, citizen).
