Job summary

Total Wine & More in Florida is hiring a Merchandiser for seasonal store duties, including stocking, displays, curbside/delivery support, and customer engagement. You may handle sales tasks, front-end duties, and other responsibilities as needed, reporting to store management.

Training in wine, spirits, and beer will enhance product knowledge for better customer service. The position requires 1–3 years in retail, familiarity with POS systems, and flexibility for evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and process freight; stock merchandise and build displays.
• Deliver exceptional service and build relationships with customers.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and comply with alcohol sale laws.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is an essential function.
