Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, Inc. in Scottsboro, AL seeks a Merchandiser-Small Store to build displays, replenish inventory on customer shelves, and manage cold equipment.

You will rotate products, ensure display and backstock readiness, and work closely with sales and delivery teams to support outlet excellence. The role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and a flexible or rotating schedule with English reading/writing ability.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and maintain compliance with company policy.
• Reliable vehicle required for daily outings and deliveries.
• Ability to read, write and speak English clearly.
• High school diploma or GED or 3–6 months related experience or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work a rotating schedule and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and replenish inventory on customer shelves and equipment.
• Rotate and replenish products in customer outlets; maintain product integrity and neat backstock.
• Maintain clean coolers and racks to company standards; replace damaged or expired products.
• Coordinate with Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to execute plans for outlets.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
• Perform duties as assigned by management.
