Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking merchandisers to stock Coca-Cola beverages in retail accounts. Responsibilities include filling shelves, end caps, racks, and displays, rotating product to ensure freshness, and monitoring date codes.

The role emphasizes organization, backroom management, and teamwork with store personnel. Typical hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 6am–3pm, with Sundays and Mondays off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year of work experience in grocery/retail/warehouse/manual labor.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work.
• Personal vehicle required for work hours.

Responsibilities

• Stock Coca-Cola beverages in retail accounts and ensure shelves and displays are filled.
• Build, change, or remove product displays while maintaining signage and cleanliness.
• Maintain backroom by organizing products and reporting inventory levels with store account manager.
• Rotate products and handle damaged product, paperwork, and backstock management.
• Communicate with accounts and team via Teams, sharing recap pictures and updates.
