Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking Merchandisers to stock Coca-Cola products in retail accounts and maintain displays, racks, and end caps to ensure optimal freshness and presentation.

Responsibilities include replenishing shelves, rotating stock using FIFO practices, and coordinating with store management. The role requires weekend availability, a current driver's license, a personal vehicle, and the ability to lift up to 40 lb. Pay is $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred and minimum of one year of work experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally eligible to work.
• Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours.
• Valid Driver's License and current vehicle liability insurance; driving record within policy guidelines.
• Ability to obtain powered industrial truck certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish products in store shelves, racks, displays, and coolers by transporting product between backroom/storage to the sales floor.
• Build, change, or remove product displays ensuring signage; clean space and secure defective product.
• Manage backroom inventory; monitor levels and report to account manager; use FIFO where applicable.
• Evaluate and process damaged product; re-pack and rotate front-stock/back-stock; complete paperwork.
• Communicate with accounts and team; share recaps and photos; coordinate with sales on out-of-stock issues.
• Maintain professional relationships with co-workers and customers.
