Job Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers on the sales floor, assist with merchandise location, or direct them to a parts specialist.
2. Check in, price, and stock merchandise according to planograms or displays.
3. Maintain front display areas, ensuring they are stocked, clean, and well-presented daily.
4. Implement display changes per company guidelines and make all out-front price adjustments.
5. Ensure sale signage is accurate and merchandise is replenished during sales, removing sale materials afterward.
6. Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
7. Collaborate with management to complete store tasks and team activities.
8. Act as the main deterrent for shoplifting and ensure front-floor security.
9. Support O'Reilly Image Maker responsibilities.
10. Clock in/out as per company policy.

Cashier Duties:

1. Check out customers quickly and courteously.
2. Handle returns efficiently and friendly.
3. Assist with transactions during busy periods, including finishing tickets and processing payments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Good aptitude for number sequences and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous cashier or stocking experience.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish.
