Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Customer service experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to satisfy diverse customer needs.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs repeatedly).
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelf according to procedures.
• Moves product from backroom to display area.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials and ensures proper operation of Fastlane merchandisers and vendor displays.
• Organizes back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor; manages pallets and shells.
• Engages with store personnel to discuss pricing, programs, and upcoming activities.
