Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Merchandiser to stock shelves, coolers, and displays in local Ocean, NJ stores; you will rotate products and ensure freshness and in-stock conditions throughout your shift.

You will move products from backroom to sales floor, maintain a neat backroom, and set up promotional displays to support national and local initiatives. The role requires driving to multiple locations, lifting 20–45 lb cases, and working flexible hours including holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• Position requires you to drive to various locations in different geographic areas.
• Position may require working holidays.
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing 20–45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10–12 hour shift.
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials to support national and local initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.

Quick Look

• Pay: $26.85 per hour
• Location: Ocean, NJ
• Work Days: Changes Week to Week
• Start Time: 5 or 6 AM
• End Time: 1 or 2 PM

Merchandise beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina in local stores to serve communities with full shelves, fresh products, and great displays.

What You’ll Do

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided)

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas
• Position may require you to work holidays
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting (with or without accommodation)
