Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is hiring a full-time merchandiser to service grocery stores and beverage outlets on assigned routes in Wisconsin. You will stock, maintain, display and rotate products to ensure optimal shelf presence.

You will move products with pallet jacks or hand trucks, use company routing systems for compliance and efficiency, and upload photos documenting display execution. Requires 18+, valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, auto insurance meeting state

Qualifications

• 18+ years or as per state law.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0–6 months general work experience.
• HS diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Local Route Available: Pewaukee, Waukesha, New Berlin, Mukwonago and surrounding areas
• Hourly Pay Rate: $25.00 plus mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
