Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Tennessee seeks a Part-Time Merchandiser to stock, rotate, and display beverages on assigned local routes. You will travel to grocery stores and outlets, using pallet jacks or hand trucks, and document activity through company systems.

The role requires 18+ years old, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, with the ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly. Mileage reimbursement is provided along with a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees.

Responsabilités

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, maintain, display and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport products between backroom and display floor with pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems and technology for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory and freshness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Shift: Part-Time, Monday-Friday, 6:00am start time
• Local Routes available: Sparta and surrounding communities
• Hourly Pay Rate: $19.00 plus mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
