Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in Tucson is seeking a Merchandiser to bring beer, wine, and spirits brands to life in stores across the Tucson market. You will create eye-catching displays, stock and rotate products, and ensure our brands stand out.

This role is ideal for someone who likes to stay active, work independently, and grow into a sales career. Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:00 PM, with an $18.25/hour rate, a $2,400 car allowance, a $300 gas card, and a $500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older to apply, HS Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Come grow with Breakthru Beverage!****Job Responsibilities:*** Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts: + Stocking and rotating shelves + Building displays + POS material management + Store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes* Build strong rapport with key account relationships and obtain feedback on merchandising activities.
