Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to visit grocery stores and beverage outlets in Appleton and surrounding areas. You will stock, display, and rotate products on assigned routes, and use pallet jacks or hand trucks to move goods.

The role requires 18+ years old, a reliable car, valid license and insurance, and the ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly. Weekend availability and early start times are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older per state law.
• Must have reliable personal automobile, valid driver's license, and auto insurance as required by company and state law.
• Ability to lift, push & pull products from 25 to 50 pounds regularly.
• 0 to 6 months of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products on routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload display and backstock photos to document execution.
• Maintain backstock areas to support inventory levels and product freshness.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Shift: Part-time, 6am start time, weekend availability needed
• Local Route Available:Appleton and surrounding areas
• Hourly Pay Rate:$22.60 plus mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
