Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a route merchandising associate to stock, display, and rotate products at grocery stores and beverage outlets on assigned routes. You will transport goods using pallet jacks or hand trucks and use company systems to monitor routing and account performance.

The role requires lifting 25–50 lbs regularly, weekend availability, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Competitive hourly pay and mileage reimbursement are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or meet state minimum age requirements.
• Reliable personal automobile transportation; valid driver’s license and auto insurance meeting state requirements.
• Ability to lift, push and pull products 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0–6 months or less of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, maintain, display and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory levels and product freshness.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Hourly Pay Rate: $30.00 plus mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
