Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is hiring for a Full Time merchandiser with weekend availability. The role involves traveling to grocery stores and outlets to stock, display, and rotate products on assigned routes, plus handling backroom transfers with pallet jacks or hand trucks.

You’ll use company systems for routing and account monitoring, document executions with photos, and keep backstock organized to ensure inventory and freshness. Must be able to lift 25–50 pounds regularly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and meet state age requirements.
• Requires reliable personal transportation and valid driver's license.
• Able to lift 25–50 pounds on a regular basis.
• 0–6 months of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Move products between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory and freshness.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Local Routes available: Waterford, Troy, Pontiac and surrounding areas
• Hourly Pay Rate: $21.20 plus mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
