Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola in Utah is seeking a dedicated team member for our store delivery and merchandising roles. You will support daily operations, stock shelves, rotate inventory, and assist with promotional displays while maintaining a clean, organized environment for customers.

Applicants must be at least 18, possess a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Weekend availability is required and reliable transportation is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required and driving record must meet policy requirements.
• Ability to use a reliable vehicle to travel to stores within routes; vehicle insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize technology and applications as required throughout the day.
• Clean and organize shelves and aisles to provide a safe environment for customers.
• Daily restocking of coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward.
• Rotate products using first in, first out stocking system.
• Build displays and promotional items as instructed by supervisor and store management.
• Maintain back rooms/back stock areas in a safe, accessible manner and prepare returned product daily.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events.

Job Details
Schedule: 6:00am - 2:30pm. Saturday - Wednesday, Weekends Required & Overtime as needed.
Pay: $20.75/HR

Responsibilities:

• Utilization of technology and applications as required throughout the day
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles each day with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers
• Daily restocking coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward for distinguishing purchases
• Rotate products to ensure product quality following a first in first out stocking system
• Builds displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking and building items according to instruction and schedule made by supervisor and store management
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner. Prepare for return any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores daily
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• V alid driver’s license required ; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
• Ability to u se reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance; however, you are not responsible for transporting our products
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs
