Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a motivated associate to stock and merchandise in local stores. The role requires 18+ years old, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel using a personal vehicle with proper insurance.

You will lift up to 50 pounds, work weekends/holidays as needed, and maintain clean, organized shelves while rotating stock to ensure product quality. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet policy requirements.
• Ability to use a reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes; insurance required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business.

Responsibilities

• Operate and use required technology and applications throughout the day.
• Keep shelves and aisles clean and organized to maintain a safe shopping environment.
• Restock coolers, displays, racks, and shelves with proper labeling and facing outward.
• Rotate stock with a first-in, first-out stocking system.
• Build displays and promotional items per supervisor instructions and schedule.
• Maintain back rooms/back stock areas in a safe, accessible manner; prepare returns for credited products.

Job Details:

Schedule: 6:00am - 2:30pm, 5x8's, Weekends Required & Overtime as needed

Pay: $20.75/hr

Responsibilities:

• Utilization of technology and applications as required throughout the day
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles each day with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers
• Daily restocking coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward for distinguishing purchases
• Rotate products to ensure product quality following a first in first out stocking system
• Builds displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking and building items according to instruction and schedule made by supervisor and store management
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner. Prepare for return any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores daily
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• V alid driver's license required ; driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements
• Ability to u se reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance; however, you are not responsible for transporting our products
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs
