Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Temecula is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to stock, rotate and display beverages at grocery stores and other outlets on assigned routes.

You will transport product using pallet jacks or hand trucks, work with routing software, and document execution with photos. Must be 18+, have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift 25–50 lbs. Weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old or meet state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull 25–50 lbs regularly.
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience.
• Preferred: High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other outlets to stock products on assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing compliance and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution.
• Maintain backstock areas to support proper inventory levels and product freshness.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Hourly Pay Rate: $26.00 plus mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
