Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a dedicated merchandiser to join our team in the Manteca area. The role involves travel on local routes to ensure proper stocking, display, and rotation of our beverage products at grocery and convenience outlets. Expect routine lifting, driving, and use of company systems to document execution.

You will work full-time with weekend availability, starting early in the morning. Benefits include union, medical, dental, vision, retirement, and vacation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation with valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and outlets to stock, maintain, display, and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory levels and product freshness.

• Shift: Full Time, Weekend Availability, 4-5am start

• Local Route Available: Manteca, Stockton, Tracy and surrounding communities
• Hourly Pay Rate: $23.00 plus mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
